As far as going to movies, another option because there’s two of us parents and three kids and buying snacks is expensive– the option is to eat lunch and get full right before the movie or maybe have the snacks beforehand. I don’t share the same conviction about taking in water to the theater but I usually don’t BC then me and kids will have to pee. OH and here in Houston area, they do the $1 movies every summer and that’s awesome so we pretty much get our fill on the movies during that time.
