Keeping Mom Healthy

by confidentmom on December 18, 2012

We are in the midst of the stress, busy schedules and now – the kids at home on ‘vacation’.  It can be very easy to let our guard down and be one of the first in our family to get sick.  That is no fun for the family, but certainly not fun during the holidays.

Today I am sharing simple tips on making sure you get what you need to stay healthy for the long run and be available for fun this season!

  • Take time for yourself
  • Stay hydrated
  • Get active
  • Eat well – fresh fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds
  • Focus on the positive
  • Reduce stress
  • Don’t be so hard on yourself
  • Be picky with your to-do list
